Welcome Xpert Foundation's Basement Tuxedo Finishing System information site
The Basement Tuxedo Finishing System is 100% Green, and you can qualify for a tax credit of 30%, up to $1500 on the material cost of your beautiful new basement!
The Basement Tuxedo is seamless, studless, as well as moisture, mold, mildew and fire resistant. Our developers created a system that is not only healthy for your family and your home, but healthy for the environment as well. However, we didn’t stop there. Because our product does not attach directly to the foundation walls we allow for proper ventilation to keep your basement dryer and the air well circulated. We wanted our panels to be functional as well as beautiful. We made sure that homeowners could hang almost anything on their basement wall whether it is pictures of the family, decorative sconces, or even their big screen plasma TV; our panels have the strength to support them. The best part is, all you see are your decorations.
The Tuxedo panels are so strong, each one can support up to 300 pounds, like you big-screen TV!
The system is available in three basic, neutral colors and can be painted to match your specific decor needs. Installation is frameless and stud-free, making remodeling a breeze with minimal homeowner inconvenience during construction. |
